Silver Snake Ring (Consecrated)

Wearing a metal ring, especially that of copper or silver, by a seeker on the ring finger stabilizes the body and provides the fundamental support for sadhana or spiritual practices. These simple and beautiful silver snake rings are made in the Isha Yoga Center under Sadhguru’s guidance and go through a process of consecration before they are offered to seekers.

It should be worn in the ring finger of the left hand with the snakehead facing upwards.

These rings are adjustable, as you can see in the picture. However, for proper sizing we do recommend that you get yourself sized before you purchase. Please select your size as would fit over the knuckle. These rings are meant to be worn at all times. 

How to measure: 

1. Wrap a thin strip of paper around the knuckle, make sure its tight. 

2. Using a pen, mark where the end of the paper meets the rest of the paper wrapped around your knuckle.

3. Using a ruler, measure the length of the strip of paper from the starting point to the pen mark in centimeters.

4. Then check the measurement against the chart below to find your closest ring size, if your exact size is not showing go down to closest one.

Sizing are as follows:

Size   4-5 = 50 to 52 mm
Size   5-6 = 52 to 55 mm
Size   6-7 = 55 to 58 mm
Size   7-8 = 58 to 60 mm
Size   8-9 = 60 to 63 mm
Size   9-10 = 63 to 65 mm
Size 10-11 = 65 to 70 mm
Size 11-12 = 70 to 72 mm
Size 12-13 = 72 to 75 mm
