Raw Sourwood Honey: The Sourwood tree gets its name from its sour-tasting leaves, but the honey is buttery sweet and generally light amber in color.

Raw Wildflower Honey: Wildflower honey is also known as "multi-floral," "poly-floral," or "mixed floral" honey.
