What’s in it?
Ragi, Black gram (Urad Dal), Fenugreek Seeds (Methi), Rice, Cumin Seeds, and Curry Leaves.
How to make it?
Step 1 - Mix 1 measure of Ragi Dosa Mix with 1 measure of water, a ½ measure of curd (optional) and salt to form a smooth batter. For extra flavour, you can add grated coconut, chopped vegetables, coriander or curry leaves.
Step 2 - Keep the batter aside for 30 minutes.
Step 3 - Heat a flat pan on medium flame and grease it with little oil. Spread 1 tbsp of the batter on the pan in sweeping circular motions to form a dosa/pancake.
Step 4 - Drizzle and spread some oil over the surface and the edges of the dosa/pancake. When the surface looks cooked (not soft or runny), flip it and cook the other side for about a minute.
Step 5 - Fold the dosa into half and serve hot with coconut/tomato chutney, sambar or pickle.
