Millet Pongal Mix is made from a special blend of Millet grains (Little Millet and Barnyard Millet), Rice, and Semolina. The Lentils in the mix are balanced to give the Pongal a rustic flavour, along with the added nutritive value of protein.
Spiked with Cumin, Green Chillies, Ginger, Asafoetida, Curry Leaves, and Cashews, it makes for a delicious dish that can be eaten any time of the day!
Barnyard Millet, Little Millet Flakes, Thick Rice Flakes, Yellow Lentils, Roasted Yellow Lentil Powder, Salt, Sugar, Roasted Semolina, Dehydrated Green Chili Powder, Dehydrated Ginger Powder, Asafoetida, Ghee, Cumin Seeds, Dehydrated Curry Leaves, Pepper, Cashew Nuts, Rosemary Extract.
- Add one cup of mix to 4 cups of boiling water.
- Cook for 10 mins on low flame and stir occasionally.
