DefectNamaskaram, I ordered the photo and it got delivered 4 days before, and I was not there during time of delivery, today i came and checked it, the photo is slightly defected on certain places like on some places photo is slightly muffled, and its clearly visible which is not a good feeling while looking at the picture. Because the return policy says that if we want replace then it should be reported within 48 hours but in this corona times its not possible sometimes to make the replacement request within 48 hours.
Kindly, check the photo twice before shipping it, because even a slight defect on photo is not good as this is our Guru's picture so we want it to be absolutely perfect and without any defects in it so please understand the feelings of disciples and devotees of Sadhguru before shipping, specially Sadhguru's photo and pack it properly before shipping it because it just came without any packing, there was just a box for photo, im suggesting you to please pack the picture properly to avoid any damage while transport.
