How to Order

Step 1: Searching for a Product

Search for the product that you wish to buy in the search bar at the top of the website.

Step 2: Browsing for the product

Alternatively, you can browser the various categories on our menu to find the product that you are looking for

Step 3: Adding the product to you cart

Once you find the product you are looking for, you can add the product to your cart. If you are looking to buy only that specific product, you can click the โ€˜Buy Nowโ€™ button on the product page.

Step 4: Checkout

Checkout from the cart and select your payment option. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation through SMS or mail.

Shipping

When will my order get delivered?

You can check the estimated delivery timeline by entering your pincode in the โ€˜Delivery Pincodeโ€™ field on the product page.

How can I track my order?

To track your order use the track order link on our website. You will also receive an email when your order is shipped

Alternatively, you can track your package in the My Orders page after signing in

I have successfully placed a COD order, but the order status is showing as "Pending"?

Pay on Delivery orders requires OTP Verification before placing the order. Once the order is successfully placed, we will update the status to "Processing" as soon as we are ready to dispatch the order.

We are currently not accepting COD due to COVID-19

How do I know if my order is confirmed?

You will receive an email and SMS confirmation for all successful orders. Under 'My Orders' in Account, the status of these orders will show โ€˜Processingโ€™. Unsuccessful orders will show either a "Pending" or "Cancelled" status.

Do you provide Gift wrapping?

Currently, we do not provide gift wrapping

I donโ€™t want the package to carry an invoice/amount as it is a gift.

Invoices are mandatory to be put along with the parcel due to Government regulations.

Do you ship outside India?

We currently ship in India only. If you want delivery outside India, you can order from any of our international websites US | UK | Singapore | Australia | Malaysia

How much do you charge for delivery?

Free shipping on all orders of Rs. 950 and above, else a flat shipping fee of Rs. 99/- will be charged for delivery anywhere in India.

For a few offerings that are large or very heavy, separate Packing & Handling charges may be applicable. These are specifically displayed on their respective pages.

What should I do if the carton is damaged or tampered at the time of taking the delivery?

Do not to accept delivery of orders where the carton is damaged, tampered or the brown-tape seal is open. Take a photo of the damaged carton before refusing and email it to support@ishalife.com

Payments

How secure is to make payments on your website?

We are a secure website with Industry-Standard 128-bit SSL Encryption. For additional security, we do not store your Credit Card / Debit Card details with us.

What are the different payment modes that you offer?

We accept payments through credit cards, debit/prepaid cards, net banking, UPI (unified payments interface). We also offer EMI payments on products above Rs 3000 for credit cards issued by 12 banks. View our detailed list of payment options

Is COD (Cash on Delivery) option available on Isha Life?

We have temporarily disbaled the COD service in light of the COVID19 pandemic.

My bank account is debited but order status on the Isha Life is showing as Pending?

This happens due to issues like slow internet. However, do not worry as we receive a confirmation for all successful payments from our payment gateway the next day. On receipt of such confirmation, your order status will be updated to "Processing" (i.e. Confirmed). In case of a failed transaction, the amount will be refunded back to the source by the payment gateway.

Returns & Exchanges

How do I initiate a return

Step 1: All eligible return requests need to be notified to us by email to support@ishalife.com within 48 hours of the delivery of the product. Please mention the following information in the email:

1. Isha Life Order Number

2. Your email ID registered with us

3. Description of the issue

Do you arrange for pickup of the products?

Yes, we arrange for pickups for returns that have been approved by us for replacement or exchange.

Where do I mail the returns?

All approved replacements need to be picked by our courier only. Any product sent by customers directly to us, will not be accepted and returned back.

When will I receive a replacement?

Replacement product will be shipped within 48 hours of the receipt of the original item, subject to the following conditions:

1. The products should be unused, unsoiled and unwashed. In the case of Rudraksha, it should not be conditioned.

2. The products should have the original tags and should be in the original packaging.

3. Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions would not be accepted. No replacement will be provided for such products.

Can I choose a different product in exchange?

Yes you can choose a different product of a similar value

How much time does it take to issue the refund?

The refund process will take 3-4 weeks from the receipt of the returned goods.

How is the refund made?

Refund will be sent to the same card/bank account from which the payment was made. For more details on the refund policy click here

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Currently you can't modify or cancel an order once placed successfully on the website.
