How to consume it?
Step 1 - Heat two cups of water.
Step 2 - Make a paste of the Bajra Porridge and mix water.
Step 3 - Add this paste to the boiling water. Stir to cook the porridge for 5 to 10 minutes.
Step 4 - Remove from flame and set aside to cool for about 1 hour.
Step 5 - Mix in buttermilk, sufficient water, and salt as needed.
Step 6 - Garnish with coriander and mint, or your favourite toppings, and serve at room temperature.
