Adiyogi Rudraksha & its benefits:-
The Adiyogi Rudraksha is a Panchamukhi Rudraksha bead, which was part of the Rudraksha mala that adorned Adiyogi at the Isha Yoga Center. This Rudraksha is an offering that allows one to receive the grace of the Adiyogi.
It comes with a copper chain to tie with.
What is Rudraksha?
Rudraksha, a powerful accessory of spiritual seekers, has been used since ancient times to enhance your inner growth and channelize certain energies. Botanically known as Eliocarpus Ganitrus, Rudraksha are the dried seeds of a tree, which grows in select locations of South-East Asia, predominantly in the upper Himalayan Mountains.
It is also called “Tears of Shiva” and there are many legends connected to Lord Shiva that describe its origin. The word Rudraksha comes from "Rudra" (name of Shiva) and "Aksha" meaning tears.
Why should one wear Rudraksha?
