What can I download from Isha Downloads?

You can download digital files – videos, ebooks, music, photos and meditations right now.

How do I download products?

Just click on the orange ‘Buy Now’ or ‘Name your price’ or ‘Pay as you wish’ button to open the purchase screen. Then click “I want this!”, and enter your email address, credit card details and amount. You will receive an e-receipt with the download link.

What kind of file will I receive?

For videos, you will receive an MP4 (H.264) video file which is compatible with any of the current generation PC, Mac, tablet and smartphone devices. The Standard Definition (SD) video has a resolution of 720×576, and the High Definition (Full HD) (where available) video has a resolution of 1920×1080.

For English eBooks (except few), you will receive a zip file with a PDF, mobi and epub version of the book. For magazines and other language eBooks, you will receive a PDF.

For music and meditations, you will receive high quality (320kbps) MP3 files.

For photos, you will receive a TIF file. The resolution varies depending on the chosen print size.

How soon after the purchase is the file available for download?

Once your purchase is successful, the download link will be made available on both on the confirmation page as well as in an email to you.

I have more than one computer or device. Will I be able to play or read my download on all my devices?

We do not include any type of DRM on any of our downloads. So you will be able to use it on any of your devices.

Help! My download did not complete. What could be wrong?

We find that most cases of failed downloads are a result of bad internet connections. Please try downloading again. If the download links are used a lot, you may be asked to put in your email address again.

Interrupted downloads are resumable and we recommend using a file download manager if your internet connection is getting inturrupted. On phone or ipad it may not work properly. Please download and extract the files on a PC or laptop using Google Chrome.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and some debit cards. That includes Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB and Diners Club cards.

What are the supported currencies?


Don’t you have a shopping cart? Do I have to purchase each item separately?

We do not yet have the shopping cart functionality, but we will definitely have one in the near future.

My credit card payment doesn’t seem to be going through, what could be the problem?

If your using an approved credit card (as mentioned above), try making the payment directly on the Gumroad/Instamojo website. Just “right-click” on the Buy Now/Pay as you wish/Name your price button, and “Open in New Tab/Window”. This will open the product directly in Gumroad/Instamojo and your payment may now work.
