What is Isha Single Sign-On (SSO)?
Isha Single Sign-On (SSO) is a system developed by Isha Foundation, a non-profit organization that offers programs and initiatives aimed at promoting physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. The Single Sign-On system allows you to create a single account (username and password) that can be used to access all Isha Foundation websites, including those related to events and programs. With this system, you do not have to repeatedly enter your personal details, making it easier and more convenient to engage with the organization's offerings. Therefore, if you are already signed in to any Isha website/portal with your active Isha account, you can access Isha Life and make purchases without the need to sign in/sign up again.
How will Single Sign-On (SSO) change how I log in to Isha Life?
With the introduction of Isha Single Sign-On (SSO), the process of logging into Isha Life will change. Instead of logging in directly through the Isha Life website, you will be directed to the Isha Sign In page to log in. From there, you will have the option to log in using your Google, Facebook, or Apple accounts, if you have one. If you do not have any of these accounts, you may log in using your email ID.
If the email ID used for any previous programs or events with Isha Foundation is the same as the one used for Isha Life, you will automatically be logged in. If the Isha Life account is unique, the system will prompt you to sign up for an Isha account, and you should follow the instructions on the screen to do so. This new system will make it easier for you to access all Isha Foundation websites and services with a single login.
I use different email addresses for Isha Life and Isha programs. With SSO, can I continue to do so?
Yes, you can continue to use different email addresses for Isha Life and Isha programs even with the implementation of Single Sign-On (SSO). The SSO system allows you to have a single account for accessing all Isha Foundation websites, but it does not restrict you from using different email addresses for different purposes within the organization.
I don't remember the email address I used for Isha Life, what should I do?
If you do not remember the email address used for Isha Life, you can use an order confirmation email from a past order or send an email to contact.ca@ishalife.com. In the email, you should provide your full name and shipping address to help identify your email address.
How do I reset my password?
To reset the password, you can click on the "reset password" option on the sign-in page.
I don't see my orders on the My Account page.
If you created a new account or previously checked out as a guest, you will not be able to see your orders on the My Account page. All orders are linked to the email address used for the purchase.
Where do I change my name and address?
To change the first name, last name, and email address associated with the Isha account, you can update your profile on isha.sadhguru.org or on the My Account page of the Isha Life website.
