Directions for use:

Turmeric Balls: Mix 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder with lukewarm water and form a small ball. Take one ball along with one neem powder ball of the same size with lukewarm water on an empty stomach in the morning.

* This can be used for cooking as well.

Neem Balls: Mix 1/2 tsp of Neem Powder with a little less than 1/4 tsp lukewarm water and make ball. Take one ball along with turmeric powder ball of the same size with lukewarm water on an empty stomach in the morning.

Neem Face Mask Recipe: Mix 1 tablespoon Neem Powder +  1/2 tablespoon Turmeric Powder + water, rosewater, aloe vera gel, yogurt, or honey. Make it into a paste and apply all over the face. Leave the mask on for 20 minutes, and then rinse off with cool water.

Neem Body Scrub Recipe: Mix 4 tablespoons Neem Powder + 1/2 tablespoon Turmeric Powder + 4 tablespoons sugar or finely ground sea salt  + coconut , sesame, or jojoba oil (or any oil that suits your skin). Make a thick paste and scrub the paste into your skin all over your body. Rinse off for a rejuvenated fresh look and feel!
